I am fairly focused on keeping my blood pressure down. That is the one thing that I guess says the most about me. I try not to do anything too exciting. I don't watch much TV or movies. I also don't leave the house if I can help it. You never know what might happen. I enjoy reading sometimes, but mostly non-fiction. Fiction tends to be overly stimulating. I think there should be more books about gardening. And cats. Sometimes I try but if I get too excited I have to stop reading. Sometimes I put the book through the shredder so I can know I'm safe from it, but then that can be kind of exciting too. If that happens I'm not sure what to do then. I usually curl up on the floor and cover my eyes and ears and try to pretend I exist in an alternate universe where there is no movement or light or sound, just endless blackness. If that doesn't work I cry.
