CONTEST RULES CherryTap Divas Contest
This contest is open to anyone 18+ years of age
1. Contest Period starts at 1:00pm ET on Monday, June 4th, 2007. Only one (1) entry per member of CherryTap Divas. (a) To be eligible for any of the twelve (12) Monthly Draws, visit the CherryTap Divas Profile often each month during the Contest Period at http://cherrytap.com/officialcherrytapdivas.
(b) A random draw by a representative of the Contest Sponsors will be made at approximately 2:00 pm local time on each of the Monthly. Each draw shall be made from the twenty (20) most active CherryTap Divas members on the members-only website (as tabulated by electronic date and time stamp, based on logging onto the Domestic Divas website) between the Entry Open Date and the Entry Close Date for each Monthly Draw Date. Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or email.
(c) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven
(7) business days following a draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, or fails to return a Release of Liability as specified below, another entrant will be selected.
3. By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their entry, ID, Member Name and/or any photograph of or that may be taken in publicity.
4. This contest is open to residents on CherryTap who are registered members of the Cherrytap.
5. Odds of winning any monthly prize are 1:20. Odds of being selected as one of the twenty entries depend on the number of eligible members who are active on the website each month.
6. This contest will be run in accordance with the rules.
