All we really want is somebody who cares,

and for that special someone to be there.

Should I give up and stop looking around,

tried of my heart being driven to the ground.

Still I am the hopeless romantic type,

and no I  dont mean to gripe.

Its just sometimes I do want to give up,

and return to the bottle and the cup.

There really isnt anything I have left to live for,

dealing with a heart thats torn and very sore.

Not as I have anything to show for it,

just bad memories and a bunch of other shit.

I will stop before I depress the rest of you,

for not all of you know what I have been through.

Just have to build up a bigger wall,

and not let my heart always make the call.

 

Why do I always make myself mad,

and then I just get upset and sad.

I always  have to deal with my pain,

even though there really is nothing to gain.

My closet is just so full of shit,

wish I could dig a large pit.

Maybe jump in and bury myself inside,

would you call that suicide ?

I hate some of the things I do,

like the bad things I say to you.

Sometimes I think I should just leave,

is that what you want of me ?

Dont mean to say the things that hurt,

my words are always  come out fast and curt.

I just want to know how you feel,

sitting here feeling like a heel.

It is okay if you hate me right now,

dont know if i can make it better somehow.

Maybe if I said i`m sorry will do,

didn`t mean for my words to hurt you !

 

 

I get chilled down to the bone,

not showing you the love that needs to be shown.

Still you come to me everyday,

why is it that I feel this way?

Dont you worry your pretty little head,

because I am not without such dread.

Someday I will make things right, 

and give you a life thats bright.

Right now there is nothing I can do,

becuase I cant be there with you.

Please my flower dont you cry,

just tell me your problems and why?

Wipe that frown off your beautiful face,

and we will go back to my place.

For the life of me I cant figure out,

who has left you with such doubt.

Some guy must have ripped out your heart,

just give me a brand new start.

I will show you all the love in me,

and take you away from your misery.
