| I live in a very nice neighborhood and currently selling my house so I can move to another state. I have a neighbor that doesn't keep up with his yard. There is dog crap and weeds everywhere. Now I'm not a picky person until I can't sit outside because of flies. Also his brick wall was damaged by my son BUT my insurance company paid out the money and they decided not to fix the wall. They talked about nothing but sueing me which Im a paralegal and they couldn't do (long story) Anyways we got into a heated arguement tonight because they were told by our homeowners association to fix it or they would be fined. Its been 3 months since they got the money. I want to know should I bite my tongue and ignore them or lay down the law to them? |
