Complicated Mess's blog: "My Place"

Thanskgiving that is, today is a different matter entirely. Yesterday we ate at my Aunts at 12:00pm I had a spoonful of everything here and then when we were done, we headed out to Emilys. We got there around 1:30pm...and I helped them finish cooking, and us girls talked and had a blast listening to the men yapping about their deep fried turkeys (by the way those are damn good).....We caught up on old times, laughed about new ones...and just had a down right ball. We ate at 5:15pm and then all converged to the front porch to smoke, and to talk some more. We discussed life, our lives now, our lives back then how we all grew up, how we all changed, and then how some of us had learned our hard lessons in life. At about 8:30 we all decided to go to the living room and play Win, Lose or Draw....that was hilarious as hell. Anyone know how hard it is to draw Nuclear Warfare? It was a trip..then we hung out somemore, and about 10:30 I left to come back to my Aunts house, got back here at 11:30....Tried to sleep....and got up at 8:55 am this morning. No after Thanksgiving sales for me.....I don't do crowds...especially pushy, yelling type deals. All in all Thanksgiving was a wonderful day....Today on the other hand has been nothing but Bitch Bitch Bitch, and truth be told, I'm sick of it...slamming doors, yelling..cussing....throwing shit..it's ridiculous...but then again..such is life right? I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving, and gave thanks accordingly :) xoxox To most of ya's.

So lets recap shall we on my lovely saturday night... Since Halloween is upon us, I decided to take Calib, Christen and myself to the Haunted Forest up here in our little redneck part of the woods....20.00 for all 3 of us to get in.....I know the people who run it because Jake is in Ms. Elsies headstart class...needless to say..we get there, we sign in...read the we are not responsible for any accidents, get the stay behind the caution tape lecture, watch where you are going....and such....anyways, Carrie is all but nervous now...and we are waiting and finally they open the door.... The first thing you do is walk a little ways and into a very dark little makeshift cabin....we go through it, get stuck (More than one door to go out of)....Get to the end of the maze like thingy, and everyone starts out the door, While going through this someone is going, Carrie I'm coming to get you, Carrie I'm coming to get you.....BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....the chainsaw cranks up, Christen goes running, (I'm holding onto Christen), Carrie falls down, flat on her face.....my legs are now bruised as well as my stomach...anyway the guy stops running the chainsaw....comes over to me, looks down and goes, Are you alright? I looked at him ..gritted my teeth and said, I'm fine....so we continue on..... Get about 10 or so feet down the way and a gorilla jumps out at us....a few more feet, what I refer to as a she-devil jumps out..and latches on to me...(Good thing it was someone i knew, they'd been missing some teeth)....go a few more feet and something else jumps out at you...we get to another cabin, this one the lights blink on and off, and when you go in there off....get in there they turn them on, and some guy dressed like one of the men off of Wrong Turn is outside the barn, reaching in between the slats, saying, "I'm looking for something to eat, he started to touch me...I dodge him, out the door I went".....we go a little ways on and I'm still not watching behind me, cause well I just can't bring myself to turn around.....we get to a little wooded area, Jeepers Creepers comes out..starts to follow me....Calib is going, Mom he's behind you, I go no he's not Shut Up!!! Calib said he was about 1 ft behind me...then he turns around(The Creeper), dies out laughing...and goes on.... We get to another little cabin, this one is the Jail...we go in the door this lady comes in behind us..Bitch locks us in....We hear, Help Me, Help Me, some guy that was walking with us, Goes, I'm coming, I'm on my way.....well about the time we get ready to head out.....they crank up the damn saw again...I am in the back, I am literally pushing people out of my way to get out the damned door......then we get to the cemetary...things walking about....looking all sorts of freakish, we finally come to the end of it, and sitting by the exit sign is what I assumed to be just a doll, WRONG, it gets up, it walks towards us.....and scares the shit out of me...we get out of the Forest, Carrie Exits to the bathroom, Carrie is shaken up....Carrie is ready to go home..... Sitting in the van waiting for Calib and Christen to get something to drink, this girl of maybe 9 or 10 comes out of the forest, bawling..I want to go home, I want to go home.....Needless to say I didn't sleep to well Saturday night..and Calib keeps aggravating me about falling down and being scared, Here I am 31 years old, I know that none of its real ..but it scared the bejesus out of me..... All I can say is HAPPY HALLOWEEN! and Happy Birthday Pepaw (Tomorrow he would have been 77)....

Today is just another day...I'm tired, but I guess thats what I get for going to bed about 11 last night, I never did get my bath, I had to go and lay down with my youngest so he'd go to sleep...then I got into watching a movie, then I was up thinking about things...and finally I did manage to go to sleep... Tomorrow I have pre-school day with my 3 year old, it should prove to be fun..running after him for 2 or 3 hours...then Monday I have a field trip, Tuesday I am going to take my MIL somewhere....i am just a busy bitch this week... I need a maid, any takers? lol... Well I hope you all have a great week/end..and for those who haven't seen me at their pages lately I am sorry, I'm trying to catch up really I am.... xoxox

I am sorry I haven't been around a lot lately, I have been helping my sister in law move. I promise though now that I am done I will try and stop by each of your pages and note ya. I spent yesterday helping my sons headstart clean and get prepared for vistors...Most of the teachers, staff and a few kids have been sick...Jake has been fine..but lo and behold I go there to help prevent sickness..and I get sick...this is anything but fun....headache, upset stomach....eyes even hurt.... *pouts* someone come take care of me...... I'm ok, I'm watching my Sis in Laws grandbabies, and they are in dire need of my attention :)
