| I have been working at my workplace for 4 years. I am the 1st Assistant Manager. Over the last year or so I guess, my general manager has made it very clear that I am too hard on the employees and I should lower my standards and expectations. True enough..I am a bitch but not until I have to babysit 45 grown adults to make sure they each do their jobs. My general manager has no backbone and does not hold anyone accountable, therefore, our restaurant is losing money and the cleaniness is almost nonexistent. The other 4 salaried managers are too scared of upseting the employees to make them do their job, so I am consistantly the bad guy. I have tried to lay back and just let things ride but I cannot stand filth in a place that feeds 2500-3000 people a week and WILL NOT tolerate it. Then I get told that I am not doing my job! Anyway, would you find another job or stick it out? |
