This is a poem that I wrote a few years back and ws published in a book. Just wanted to share.
♥Love Wasn't an Option♥
Love wasn't an option,When we first met
My life was fine
I thought it was set.
When you smiled your smile,And your kiss was so light
You started to affect me
I was losing the fight.
Quickly I fell for you,With all my heart
I started dreading the minutes
That we were apart.
The fear makes me shiver,Yet so does your touch
The words escape me
I love you so much.
I would have never thought,In a million years
That I would find love
With you, right now, right here.
So now I'm confused,From this feeling I get
Because, love wasnt an option
When we first met.
