OMG.. it is so fracking cold outside and I have to go to the store. The wind chill is like -12F. Someone come warm me up.. lol or goto the store for me. It seems death always happens with someone I know 2 weeks before Christmas. My husbands uncle 2 yrs ago.. my best friends mother last year.. and this year it was my great uncle.. Which then drags up all the feelings of miss my grandfather who passed away a few months ago.. What is it with this time of year? Its depressing! Remember to tell youre loved ones how much you care and you love them. You never know when it might be the last time. love misty

So everyone knows I went home last weekend to see family. I had a GREAT time with my family and friends. Its what the doctor ordered. lol... Anyways, while I was there we had a little ceremony for my grandfather who passed away 4 months ago. Which was great. Glad I was there. But ever since it seems like I'm taking his death all over again. I think about it when songs come on the radio or when I see a shirt he would have loved to wear. I assume this is normal. So, I was driving home tonight from work. And well... I drive through a bad part of town on the way home cause there is no other way.. anyways on the way home there was a MOB of people stretched across the road.. I had to come to a dead stop and they wouldn't move out of the way. When they finally did move out of the way it was just enough room for the car to get through. I laid on the gas pedal and made my way through. Thankfully I didnt hit anyone. I dont know wtf they was doing it was under a bridge you could barely see them. All I have to say is.. I dont think i have ever been so scared in my life driving alone. All I could do is thank the good Lord for letting me make it home alive.
