Ok so I work for a Lifeline Dispatch company..
I am the Only Bilingual on the 2nd/3rd shift i work 6 days a week 12+ hours.
well it seems that everytime the 3rd shift calls out they always make me stay... now my question is, is it leagal to make someone stay past the schedule hours?
so my MUMM is..
A) Do i just walk out and say F*ck you.. find someone else..
or
B) Its a medical co. they need me Stay! think of the OT. |
