I know I haven't been around. I've got a lot to catch up on around here. I just wanted to say that I've missed my friends here. Things haven't been good for myself nor my hubby so we're taking it one day at a time. Hopefully I can get back in touch with you all. Take it easy.

My family and I have decided to honor the death of our brother by helping those who suffering with the same disease he had and supporting their loved ones. If you or someone you love currently has or had Lupus in the past, please give a donation to the Lupus Foundation of America. With their help, legislation has been introduced into Congress to put more money into research and support for families whose lives are often devestated by financial obligations for doctors, medications, and hospital stays. Please if you find it in your heart to give even $1 dollar, it's a stepping stone to our goal of raising money in Billy's name. All money goes straight to the Lupus Foundation of America and is tax deductible. Been away a long while. Sorry that I've not been around much at all. I haven't really been on the net much in the past few months. My health has been a big factor in that. See, on November 24th of last year, my younger brother passed away after being ill. Since I had been one of his major caregivers, it struck me really, really hard. I wasn't sure how hard until the beginning of February this year. I had a small breakdown but have since recovered and doing my best to get caught back up with my emails, friends and blogs. I have missed all my Cherry friends so much and it's great to be back among you all. Take care and spread that Cherry Love!

Hey all, Just wanted to say thanks for always giving me comments and all even when I wasn't able to get here. For those that don't know, my brother passed away the day after Thanksgiving after a long illness. We had to take him off life support and were able to be at his side as he took his last breath. Seeing the comments and all even when I couldn't respond has really made me feel loved and wanted. Thanks for so much. I hope that in time I will be able to repay everyone. Love and blessings, Kim
