| Usually each Memorial Day I like to sit home watching old war footage and war movies to honor all that have served and died for my freedom. This year I am getting pressured to attend a family BBQ. I don't believe this is a day to have food and fun and loose perspective of what this holiday represents. So, should I just celebrate today like we would for a loved ones passing, (celebrating their lives) or continue with my traditional routine and show the respect our service men and women deserve? |
