As a strong white southern man. I was born and raised in the Deep South I have grown up hearing the N word used and I have used it myself I have been called a racist and I have seen racists shit but I have to say something after reading all these post and watching all the news. I was raised in a all white community. When I got married we live in a all white community and was raising our kid the same way but as a middle age man when we moved from south Ga to north Ga I could have bought a house in a all white community but I didn't we bought a home and I did say our home is in a community where we have all kinds on neighbors Black white Hispanic Filipino all the kids in the neighborhood play together and we don't have colors here we just have kids now saying all that let me talk about Ferguson for minute We have a justice system our justice system might be flawed but is the one that we have. To me it don't matter if it is white on black black on white black on black or any other race no race. Crime is a crime that's why we have police but they are human just like us and we all make mistakes and we all get scared and we do stupid shit We have a justice system to look at all the evidence and make a decision on right and wrong. And we as have law biding citizen have to recognize that even if we do not like it. Now some of the people in Ferguson chooses to break the law thinking that it will change the law. But the only thing that is happening is they are showing their ignorance. We as a people as an Americans can change things together. Without looting or setting things on fire or hurting other people. What's going on in Ferguson doesn't just make Ferguson look bad or Missouri it makes the whole country look bad because we still live in Country that every time something happens everybody wants to holler racism. We live in a country that don't believe in winners or losers anymore or punishment for bad actions or pay for what you get. I growed up in a world that if I did wrong I get punished these days we're not allowed to punish our kids. Maybe this is not the place or maybe this is too long for here but think about how bad this world has gotten since we quit punishing our kids. We were taught respect not to break the law to do what we are told by people with authority and if we didn't we got punished. This problem that we were having today started out as kids years ago if we do not do something about our kids now think about how bad it will be in the years to come. So parents wake up and teach your children right from wrong America wake up and say we have a problem with today's youth and we have a problem with our justice system I'm not saying that the officer should have been indicted i'm saying parents open your eyes and look what our kids are doing. Just my thoughts
