This was just a painful moment and I started writing off the top of my head what I was thinking&feeling I was done with this in 10min I had so much pain I just started writing it all down, I write poetry in my darkest times of live.
This is a free hand written poem about my 21 yr old cousin who just died 4wks ago in a self impact car accident I miss her so much and I needed to vent
"A PAINFUL MOMENT"
Tearing me up inside
Lost with no direction
This painful emotion is eating me up alive
You're gone and I keep asking why
So beautiful so young just why
That pretty angel face with that angelic smile
now you got that shining halo and you are a glowing angel looking over all of us
to protect,redirect to change us all for the better,when we shed our tears of hurt,anger
missing your soul upon us wishing ever so badly it was just a bad dream
I feel you trying to dry up my tears not to cry that you say "don't worry be happy"
Your postive comfort surrounds us no pain,no fear you are always here
We still need and want you but we know it was your time to go
That pretty angel face was needed up above
I hope you look over us help us through our pain,our grieving,our tears that we cry everyday
The endless nights of trying to sleep
sometimes we wake up from our sleep searching around us because we hear your voice still in our head as we close our eyes we only realize it was only a bad dream and began to cry wishing you were still here
You say "don't worry be happy"
I'm always here you may not think so but I'm watching
I want you to not hurt,to not feel pain and sorrow
please carry on your life and succeed it is what I have always wanted you and my family to do
I'm always watching over you please don't be sad "don't worry be happy" please smile for me
I want to see all your wonderful smiles
please don't be in pain anymore remember me in a good way for all that I've succeeded
follow in my footsteps as I will lead you the right way I love all my cousins,my sisters,my brother,my mom&dad&grandma&grandpa&friends&many more . I love you all please don't be sad be happy
