I'm a laid back kinda guy that is confident in myself, and comfortable in my own skin. I don't need to pretend to be something I'm not. I like being on two wheels, mountain biking and touring by motorcycle are my two favorite things to do, although the motorcycle has made me kinda lazy, and I don't ride my mountain bike as much as I should lately.

I have a degree in Geography, and I maintain geographic databases and just do general computer and network maintenance at the local sewer and water authority. I have a great girlfriend, and we just bought a house here in town.


I love all kinds of music, especially live shows. I am a trumpet player, although I haven't been playing much lately, so I dig on live jazz shows, especially if its an edgier Acid Jazz type groove. I ain't no slouch on the dance floor, so I dig a smooth hip hop jam with a solid beat as well. I also like punk and heavy metal and am no stranger to a mosh. I grew up in Southern VA, so country is just in my blood. I don't like much of the new stuff, 'cept for Hank III and stuff like that. I dig on the old stuff, Willie and Waylan, Hank Sr., Hank Jr., Johnny Cash, etc.


I love meeting new people, and traveling the country by bike has allowed me to meet some great people, and hear some great stories over the past year. If you're a fun person that likes to go out, maybe we can hang out and party if I'm travellin' through your town.
