I am a 37yo SAHM. I have lived here in this county almost all my life, here in Northern Indiana. I do animal rescue. Parrots are our first love, been at that for 15years now. I have been doing pocket pet rescue since I was a kid and am still doing it with Danni now. I also do dog transports, shelter pulls, and training for the last 5 years. I network with several other agencies and help out however. Love crochet, am an avid Survivor and CSI veiwer, and love the lakes. We are a few blocks from Koontz Lake and 45 min from Lake Michigan. I don't leave our home unless I have too...I miss a lot of things, just can't bring myself to leaving the house at sometimes. I have several health problems making it difficult to leave somedays...I have IBS, ulcers, panic disorder, anxiety attacks, bipolar, gerd, chronic migraines, RH Arthritis, bronchitis, and my spine is basically trashed with the arthritis and calcification.I have had over a dozen facet blocks and eppaderals. The last set was in my neck and I couldn't lift my head. On 9-11-05 I was baptized into the LDS Church and confirmed on 9-18-05 with the Holy Ghost. I love my church family...without them I don't think that I would be here now. Really and truly. Hubby, Terry and I have been together for 14 years now and will celabrate our 14th anniversary on the 12th of December. Terry is a correction's officer at a local state prison. He's been off work since March of 2005 do to his spine. He has a double fusion on the 12th of August 2005. The pain goes down his right leg worse then his left but the pain is still there in his back. He's also had 2 heart attacks, 2 angiograms, GI bleeds, and the list goes on. He's 43 (birthday on 1-7-63). We have a 13yo daughter that is going on 30 that we homeschool. Her name is Danni and is active in Young Women's at church. She cares for the hamsters, rabbits, cat, kitten, and gerbils. She also helps with the other critters. She is a life saver...she does more and knows more then girls years older then her. At this time we have the following critters:Blue and gold macaw, Sammie (he's MY baby)Umbrella cockatoo, Trixie1 quakers, Abby2 cockateils, Louie and Chipper2 parakeet, Tit and Tat1 cat, Evee1 kitten, Sugar5 dogs, Madison Finn (Lab), Chief Thundercloud(pug/chi), Bailey Anne (beagle/rat terrier), Daisy Jane(shep/lab), Chomppers (black lab/? mix he's gorgeous and HUGE)1 chinchilla, Cheech2 mice, Ding and Dong12 baby gerbils and 5 adults20 baby hamsters and 10 adults9 rabbits, Midnite, Zig, Zag, Jenny, Smores, Lucky, Blackie, Casey, and Peter1 mini lop Black Jack4 ferrets, MooShu, Pasty, Weezer, and Sam, 5 hedge hogs, Spork and Ma and 3 new babes 6 weeks old I also run many yahoo groups...some for homeschooling, homeschool book resell, food and Christmas help groups also. I also have regular websites. Some are PTR, some are just reg websites. I do design work on the side. I work with Danni on it...She teaches me and I teach her lol. Lastly, we are now fighting to keep our home literally. We won't be having a Christmas. We can't even afford a tree or anything. We are living off of TANIF at 288 a month. The Church helps us greatly. Ok...long enough. You know about everything there is now if you made it this far. If you did, I am NOT NOT NOT asking for pitty.
