| Over the past two years, I have had three major foot and ankle surgeries. I lost my job partially because of the time missed for these surgeries. My foot and ankle feels worse now then before, causing me serious back and hip problems. I can't even play ball with my son for too long. I have always had jobs that keep me on my feet a lot, but now I cannot be on my feet for very long at all due to major pain and swelling in the foot. My doctor is a great guy and has done his best I believe to help me, but my quality of life is worse now due to constant pain and discomfort. I am debating whether to let him try again to get it right or move on to another doctor and file a lawsuit. What would you do in my shoes? (No pun intended) lol |
