Sitting here in the stillness

I can almost hear your heartbeat

But how can it be?

You're not even here beside me

Maybe I'm just dreaming

But it seems so real to me

Still I sit here by myself

While my heart is somewhere else

No matter where I'm going

I just pray I find you there

I don't want to wake

Until this dream comes true

And even though I don't know

What my future has to hold

To be honest,I don't care

As long as I am holding you

Late at night I close my eyes

I can almost see your face

And even as I'm sleeping

Every heart beat speaks your name

I know it's hard to put your heart on the line

But, remember, I've already given you mine

No matter where I'm going

I just pray I find you there

I don't want to wake
