Martial arts are pretty much my life. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and a black belt in ToShin-Do (ninjutsu rules)and I just went through a intensive instructor course in Commando Krav Maga. I'm the head instructor of Practical Individual Self Defense or PISD for short. I'm not a grandmaster or anything fancy. If you would like to learn more about PISD drop me a line.

My favorite books are Miyamoto Musashi; His life and writings, all the Harry Potter books, The Dharma of Star Wars, anything by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama,The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy triology, The Destroyer series. Long live the most Exalted one Chiun Reigning Master Emeritus of Sinanju.

My favorite movies are; Harry Potter movies, Star Wars, the majority of Star Trek movies (except #5), Seven Samurai, The Last Samurai (Tom's best movie ever), porn I love porn *eg* James Bond movies, Batman Begins, Indiana Jones, Stargate, Muppet Movies.

My favorite TV shows are House, Heroes, Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, Smackdown,Doctor Who, Boston Legal and certain cartoons.

I'm not really into watching sports; unless it's Women's Basketball, Women's Volleyball (do you see a trend here?), I do like to watch kickboxing, and I love going to martial arts tournaments (to watch, since I'm not allowed to play), and Pro Wrestling

Mostly comedies, superhero movies, and of course scary movies.
