So is this an invasion of privacy or not?

Click the photo that loads on the left corner and drag it to the right until you see a white compact lexus - stop when the lexus is centered - then click zoom in... You'll get a crystal clear picture of the vehicle's license plate number...
When the photo first loads you see people's faces and one even a child!
Is anyone else nervous about this or is it just me?!?
