Lady Victoria Eclectic Pagan's blog: "Getting Hitched"

This evening Eugene officially proposed to me and we are going to make our happy union legal! Thanks to Lost Cherry/Cherry Tap We found each other here and our relationship blossomed into the love we share today and only grows as each day passes more and more. We have been putting it off due to some legal issues regarding probate, guardianship and other things but the longer things drag on, the more sense it makes to avoid any future possible problems by getting a piece of paper signed by a stranger to avoid such issues. Some say the third time’s a charm and I hooked into the eternal bachelor. Imagine that! There is so much to do but the plan is to have a simple civil ceremony on June 4th. We had already “jumped the broomstick” but once that piece of paper states we are “Officially Husband and Wife” we will be looking into a unique Handfasting Ceremony to celebrate or love for each other with family and friends.

I want to shout it from the mountain tops and jump for joy and share the happy news with my CT Friends and Family. I may be MIA for a bit making plans so please don’t be offended if I am not around much for the next week or so.

*NOTE* This is for real and NOT a joke like the last silly bulletin I almost gave some friends a heart attack with being “pregnant” and no I’m not – factory has been demolished so not a shotgun wedding either. LOL
