Listen Can You Hear The Angels Laugh?
For as long as I can remember; we've played our little game.
I'd struggle for happiness and He'd take it away.
I could be bitter as I pick myself up after each fall.
Yet He does it to make the angels laugh. He's God after all.
No matter how low I fall or down I may seem.
I'll get back up smiling; Cause the joke was on me.
He can't bring me down. I won't be forlorn & blue.
Someday we will meet & He'll have some explaining to do.
Heaven is so happy & I'm the reason why.
Constantly He doth test me. My life’s page don't lie.
But the game long played has an end coming near.
A final joke is coming or the sincerest apology ere hear'd.
An angel has been sent to earth who can wreak such havoc.
For she is God's way of apologizing; A chance at true happiness.
She is also forbidden fruit; Who can deny him at last...
As I look to the heavens listening...do I hear the angels laugh?

Why should we expect love to last an eternity?
Fights and the games after only a few weeks.
Remember how it felt the night we first danced?
Not in love with love but because of romance.
I know we will not forever be one.
Our love will be memorable yet too soon done.
Most people want it all but never have a clue...
I'm not settling for less I'm aspiring for you.
HEAVEN'S NOT FOR ME.......
I hear Heaven is beautiful with streets paved with gold.
Everlasting contentment; None of life’s woes.
An eternal happiness that has never been matched.
Evil doers try to get in... by plans crudely hatched.
It seems to be everything a person could want. I don't know.
One thing is certain ..If your not there I won't go.
You mean so much to me, to go and not find you there.
I'd have to search Hell because Heaven would be bare.
The preacher says Heaven is filled with riches untold.
Obviously he hasn't had someone like you to hold.
I see the smile on your face is brighter than St. Peters gate.
Let me know if your going otherwise I'll wait.
I know it seems petty to shirk Heavens Eternity..
Your the only reason I'd...Otherwise Heaven's not for me.

Every rose with a Thorn is like a heart so cruelly torn.
With love and care the heart can mend.
A heart won't break if only it would only bend.
Love is a game that we like to play.
Fear of rejection causes some to stay.
Love and Sorrow, Happiness and sad. Be true to your heart and hold happiness fast.
Always move forward ,You can't live in the past.
Love and sorrow happiness and pain...
If you trust your heart you may gain.
Trust your heart but wait not long for by tomorrow it may be gone.
As time makes you weary and your feeling worn.....
Remember your love; Remember the thorn.
