| I have been on both ends of the spectrum so I am curious to see what people prefer in general. I weighed about 105 lbs all my adult life until I turned 27 and was put on steroids for the onset of my asthma. I gained 65 lbs in a matter of 3 months. I never had a problem dating anyone or meeting people that wanted to date me when I was smaller...however I don't recall getting as many compliments then as I get now being heavier. The status quo is that most men prefer skinny women, but it seems that I get asked out more now that I am "fatter" than before. What gives? What do people really prefer? |
