ok,i have been leting my ex wife use my car for almost 2 years now.it has been with the understanding that it was for her to use to go to work and take our 2 kids to and from school events. she is not working and has run up over $200 in bills that i must pay,from repairs to fines for driving with no tags and insurance(i own it,i get the fine)i told her to bring the car back and she said she will take me back to court for more support.
do i take it and go to court(i have papers from the judge that say she can't) or leave it and keep paying? |
