If your a friends fan you have probably seen the one where monica gets stung by a jelly fish and joey suggests that she pees on it to stop the burning... myth busters has proved that it doesn't work. The book "why do men have nipples?" says to take away the remaining tentacles and rinse with household vinegar. It also says that urinating or applying ammonia or alcohol to it can cause the active sting cells to fire and cause the stinging to worsen.... therefore it's "both gross and painful" to urinate on the sting....
has anyone ever peed on their sting? |
