| well im thinking i should see a doctor. I snore, always have, and this past month it has gotten real bad. I have been sent out of bed so hubby can sleep and and he has even left the room to the couch to sleep. *he is a light sleeper anything can keep him up. Even my five year old daughter has told me i cant sleep with her cause my snoring is too loud. i know what the problem is but i cant have the surgery right now to remove the adenoids. I have had the surgery before and they have grown back. I want to see if the doctors have something to ease the snoring like a mouth guard. So would it be worth it to see a doctor or should i stick it out and make loved ones suffer? |
