the woman who lives next to me is seriously neglecting her children. her house is rancid and they never have food. she has 2 daughters ages 12 and 9. most of the time they come to my house to eat which i dont mind. but the mother treats them really bad and always leaves them home alone. i have thought about calling children services on her but im not sure yet... i am friends with the mother's sister and thought about trying to get her family involved be for making any kind of reports. should i try the family first? or just call children services?
......and yes i know its not my business but i feel really bad for her kids, its not fair that they have to go with out food and live in a nasty house |
