alot of sites like this allow you to upload "Salute" pictures of yourself holding a sign with your screen name to prove that you're real...but it's really easy to make a fake sign picture that could pass of as real...all you need is basic photoshop skills and a little time...

as you can see, it's pretty basic shit, so even though someone has a sign with their name on it or whatever, that doesn't mean that they aren't fake...
