Well the other day I was cleaning out my car and I decided to also check the oil and other fluid levels. Well when I opened the hood I noticed that there was this huge crack across the passenger side top of the fire wall that the wiper blades come out of! I was in shock that it was so big and at first couldn't figure out how the hell that happened. The damage is under the hood so it not like something hit my car from the outside and broke it.
Then it dawned on me! I recently had one of my engine belts replaced b/c the stupid thing was glazed and was making a god horrible sound. That was about a month ago and I have not opened my hood since then. The place that fixed it had to have gone into that side of my car to get to the belt to fix it. The guy must have put a tool or something down on that little ledge and either leaned on it or shut my hood on it. The hood itself does have a slight dent in it on that same spot.
I am not looking to sue or get any one in trouble. If this was a junkie car I wouldn't give a shit about it but this car is barely 2 yrs old and its my baby. :( I just want it to be fixed!
