"My accomplishment is knowing that every day I have accomplished more than I set out to do in the beginning. And this is not because my goals are small, but because my motivation is high.
I draw a distinction between accomplishment and success. Accomplishment is the knowledge that you have studied and worked hard and done the best that is in you. Success is being praised by others. Praise is nice but not as important or satisfying. Always aim for achievement and forget about success; this is true accomplishment."
