I've recently lost a lot of weight, over 100 lbs so far. I took a break from the diet from December through July because I started feeling quite comfortable at the weight I was at.
Due to my desire to finally loose this last 25 lbs I started back on the diet this past Thursday.
When I initially started this diet I knew that because of the extensive weight gain I could run into problems that would require cosmetic surgery and indeed that is the case. It is not major damage but for vanity reasons I am still unhappy with the results of all the weight loss and wonder what everyone thoughts are about having cosmetic surgery at 42 years old?
