| Okay, so I recently started a new job - something I enjoy, but have done before and I'm good at it. It's within my comfort zone which provides security of sorts. However, I was called in for an interview and offered a job that I know nothing about, but would like to learn. Should I step out of my comfort zone into the unknown and risk failure or stay where I'm at? Pay and benefits are about the same at both. Mileage is about the same. Which should I stick with? |
