Ok I have been thinking about this a while now...
Why are the child support laws messed up in ever state it seems like? When there is a Court Ordered child support order it seems like they let the fathers go scott free. Here My ex can run around and drive on a suspended license, purchase 3 vehicles, buy a $4000 computer, show up to my house and see his child, then take us out to dinner, but never gets caught even though he has a warrent for child support and 5 other for driving while revoked?
In my hometown, they would have went to his job and arrested his ass, so why so different here?
My ? to u is do you think....
A. It should be the same everywhere
or
B. Its just a state thing
He has paid some, but not voluntary |
