| My ex has asked me to cancel my child support cuz he says he has the kids just as much as i do...he said he is sick of paying me child support if he has to have them all the time while i am at work..well i don't want them in day care and I thought he enjoyed spending time with his kids.I told him if he wants to be an every other weekend dad then we can make arrangements for that too..He has threated to take me to court to have the child support canceled since i won't give up the child supprt on my own...Was wondering if any woman have had problems like this before or if my ex just fooling himself..I think he will get laughed out of court.. |
