I have noticed that since I have been a Member of CherryTap I have tried to figure out a lot of this stuff on my own without having to trouble some else about it but I do sometimes have a question that no one can seem to answer so I turn to the Support Team for the Answer(s) However, I also noticed that NONE of my questions are being answered even by them... I dont understand this what so ever...Dont get me wrong, I know they are Busy but dang at least they can send you a return message letting you know that they have received your message and they are looking into the problem.... Right????
So Can someone please send me the DIRECT PHONE NUMBER TO THE SUPPORT TEAM and PLEASE INCLUDE THEIR Ext. as well
