Ok...I have a chance at being very happy with this guy, he is great. Now, the problem is my ex is telling me that if I get serious with him then he will try and take my son from me. And me being a single mom, I'm broke and don't have the money to get an attorney. But, I don't want to give into his crap either....I need some advice....comments are welcomed.

A. take the chance at happiness and fight with my ex
or
B. give into his crap and not be happy
