I'm not one to do these mumms, and the few I have done were all stupid funny ones, but this is actually serious.
I do not like where I live at all right now. I moved here because of a job offer I received. After three years of living here, I have reached a point where it's really making me unhappy. I like where I work though (just not my particular job, but that's a separate issue). There is another facility I can work at, but I won't enjoy the work as much. However, at least I'll like where I live more.
I could get paid more at another facility, but the cost of living is much higher. It is also much smaller and has limited options for career advancement without moving again. But, I like its physical location.
Which option sounds better? I want to stay at the company I work for; I'm not looking to move and just find someplace else to work.
A. Work someplace where you enjoy the work, but hate the location.
B. Work someplace where you don't enjoy the work, but like the location.
