So my best friend (of 17 years and I are at odds. The reason is: She is talking to (and i do not know to what extent i just know she is) my ex-fiancee. ***Background: he was very controlling. He kept me from my friends and family as much as he could. He was verbally abusive. And he began to be physically abusive but i left him***
I found this out when I was on her myspace page. He had left several comments (some about me) and she had left hi several comments (many rude ones about me). Being my best friend she knew everything that happened in my relationship with him because I called on her for advise.
I have tried several times to get a hold of her. She will not even acknowledge me outside (we live on the same street), at work, calls, IMs, emails, nothing.
My question is: I am trying to get her side but sh won't let me. SHOULD I
a)keep trying until i get her no matter what it takes
or
b)give up and chalk it up to a loss
