| As a society are we teaching our kids bad eating and sleeping habits by having them up and eating dinner at 1230 in the morning. i see so many parents doing this even on school nights and am just astonished at this. My daughter gets nothing to eat after eight thirty and nothing to drink after nine unless it is water before bed. so is it bad parenting to let your children eat dinner at 1230 in the morning? |
