I dont feel safe at work for a few weeks now. We have so less coworkers that we have to deal with agression by ourself. Yeah sure, we do have a safety button and in a few seconds we get help, but in thoose few seconds we can be beaten up already. (It happend to me and my coworkers a several times.)
Our team counts 5 members. One is beaten up by one of our patients, another one has a breakdown, one of us worked this morning and I have to work 3 shifts from tomorrow while Im feeling pretty sick. So there is no one to work this evening.
I think that we have a very big problem at work and that more accidents are going to happen. Also because we are all nearby a mental breakdown.
Its easy to say that we need more coworkers cause there is not enough money and no qualified ppl. Im searching for another job at the moment, cause my health is my everything.
Anyone know how to stay motivated and not being scared to go to my work? |
