Music...Music...Music. Creating music, listening to music, critisizing music, etc, etc. My life has revolved around music since i was rather little. I have played guitar, sang, screamed, played keys and programmed in an industrial/hardcore band for almost 9 years. In that time I've done many side-projects including techno (don't ask) and a suedo 80's pop sound which was a lot of fun. I am in three bands as of now. My main project is a noise, industrial, experimental creature called Aphelion which is the sound of complete chaos. Think of all the pain and suffering you've ever experienced and multiply it by ten then compress it all into a 2:30 song. It has almost no structure and is at times just a wall of noise. I also have an ambient, down-tempo, mood project called The Porcelain Sea. It features some of my most honest work and tends to be rather somber in sound. Slight Tourist has something in common with the sounds of Radiohead, Depeche Mode, Joy Division, New order and The Cure. I also really enjoy film. While I'm not a big fan of Hollywood per se, I find I really enjoy independent film and student film. One goal I have before I die is to see a screenplay I've written come to fruition. Who knows, maybe someday it will happen. ...and now for something completely different. I have read somewhere that dust is almost entirely dead skin cells; if that is true then why do empty houses have so much dust?
