tonight a full grown german shepherd attacked my wife's pug puppy. it was being walked by our house by a seven year old little girl without a leash. but even if she had the dog on a leash she wouldn't have been able to control it because it was bigger than she was and i probably would have had trouble controlling it. we were in our yard and our pug was on a rope when the shepherd attacked our puppy what really worries me is that all my kids were outside as well as most of the other neighbor hood kids and they could have easilly been attacked instead of the puppy.
so my question is
A) should the owner's of the german shepherd be held responsible for the emergincy vet bill
or
B) am i half responsible for the attack like the owners of the other dog say |
