Good afternoon/morning all.
So at work, we work with different customers from all over the US. Mkay, and I basically do all the office work being as how we are a small company and all. One of our customers email us a safety data sheet basically asking us to reply with how many people were at their site and how many days EVERY month. yadda yadda yadda... so they have been emailing this to the wrong employee who has been forwarding me the email every month (except the times he forgets to) and they ask for this to be returned or replied to by a certain date. I have been asking that person nicely since February of this year to send me that email instead since I am the only one who can answer that and they simply been ignoring my request.
Ok, so today I got the forward email from my co worker and I emailed the customer with a kind of aggressive tone (which they FINALLY fixed the problem) and me and this person went back and forth with words...
Anywho, was I wrong for being kind of mean in my email to them to get them to copy me on this email so we wont be late in returning the answers to them? Mind you today was the 5th time to ask them.??? |
