mum expired. [EVERYONE]

A month ago I loaned my sister in law and her husband 360 dollars to help them pay their phone bill. I loaned it to them because he was layed off and she was out of work after having a baby. Since then they've gone to concerts and bought new phones they have not even offered to repay anything. Should I be upset about this.
