 | So I changed my profile pic to a photo I took several years ago in Washington DC at the Vietnam Wall on Memorial Weekend. The veteran in the photo just found the name of a buddy he lost in the war. As you can tell it was very emotional. I bring this up because as a veteran, I/we appreciate all the “Thank You for your service” we get and always will, but I want to remind everyone that Memorial Day is not for us veterans who have made it home, it is for those who never did. Like those men and women on that wall. So please remember them, they made the ultimate sacrifice for all of us and they shall never be forgotten. |
