OK. So I have been working for the same place since I graduated college. I even did my intership here. I am gonna leave the company name out of this, but we are a major high end retail clothier. I am a "Visual Merchandiser". Which basically means, when you walk into any store there is somebody who is responsible for all the ads you see, and the general asthetic as the place! Well thats me.
I am currently responsible for two stores.
Well, there recently came available a position in another region that would put me in the same city as my boyfriend!! FINALLY!!! So obviously. I had been pushing for this promotion like a mother fucker! It would make my lfe %100 better! I have sparkling recommendations from all my bosses in this region. I work independantly bc our art dept is in NEW YORK FUCKING CITY! I have a degree in Graphic Design and a minor is VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS from a real art school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A shoe in.. RIGHT????
WELL... No.. They fucking give the job to this stupid bitch from another store in NC. She has only been with us for 3 MONTHS!!! She was a certificate.... CERTIFICATE DEGREE in interior design from some bullshit community college!!!!! And her store SUX!!! Its one of our smallest. I've had to go down there 2 times in the past 3 months she has been here to fix her fuck ups.... LIKE ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME???????
The going theory on the situation is that she is a bimbo and has been fucking the regional manager for our area, and he is bestfriends with the regional in the area I would have been transfering too!!!! Thats been the buzz since she was hired amungst our whole dept company WIDE!! I have already expressed my opinion to the proper ppl...
Should I QUIT??? I can get a job doing the same thing for anywhere! bc my work is damn good, and I know it...... Say fuck it to company loyalty????
