I like to have fun and always in search of a good time (some may see that as sexually suggestive, however quite the contrary). Occasionally I may get the urge to take a vacation with no notice. I like balance and predictability like everyone else, but I’m also able and like jumping on a plane and going somewhere fun. On the way there you think that just this morning I had no plans to go anywhere. It’s a form of freedom that many can’t handle. But, those who can handle it reap the rewards.

That goes to say that I live one day at a time with flexible plans for the future. I’ve learned through experience that if you really want to get a laugh out of god, tell him what your plans for the future are. Accepting the notion that we only control what we control and everything else is by chance or accident took years to figure out.

I’ve also learned the hard way that any type of relationship whether romantic, plutonic, or professional require three things to thrive. Trust, Communication, and Respect. Without those building blocks, the foundation will eventually crumble, every time. For me, trust is the most important ingredient to a healthy relationship, followed by communication and finally respect. I will always extend some level of trust to those who need it, however, once lost it is difficult to get it back. I can’t remember the last time someone abused my trust. I tend to surround myself with people who choose integrity over personal gain. I feel that what goes around comes around and so far I’ve been very pleased with what has come my way.

I get creative so be ready for surprises. Along with writing music and playing my keyboard, I try to find things to do that leave a lasting imprint of originality or anticipate outcomes and be ready to make the surprise truly unexpected. Since good deeds tend to result in highly contagious smiles, selfless acts of kindness are always in demand.
