Dog Bite Productions is an independent program development and production company based in Los Angeles started by Greg Pate in 1989. The company is now built around a core group of award winning network television professionals, each with a long and successful track record working for ABC Television. Greg Pate is the man with the leash behind Dog Bite's program development efforts. Greg has received four Emmy Awards in Television Production. He currently has thirty-seven programs in development, ranging from lifestyle and travel to scripted and non-scripted international reality concepts. Three of these shows have been recently green lighted. When not busy dreaming up new programming ideas and producing shows, Greg maintains a roster of crews and equipment for shooting assignments for ABC's Good Morning America, 20-20, Prime Time, NBC Sports, A&E's Biography,ABC Extreme Makeover and a list of cable clients. Good Morning America honored him with crewing and in charge of productions for the trip with President George Bush On the USS Lincoln Air Craft Carrier from Hawaii to San Diego. Broadcasting live from the ship GMA for five days and also the coverage of the president's speech for ABC worldwide. Next Greg supplied all the crews and was in charge of productions for President Ronald Reagan's funeral in Southern California at the Ronald Reagan Library. Next he was in charge of production and supplying crews on GMA/ABC Network 2004,2005.2006 Emmy's and 2005 & 2006 Oscars. Currently he is in production on Dog Bite's 2007 line up of programming including the launch of a New Independent TV Network called FusionX.Tv.

Submit Your Films for Millions of Lost Souls to See. Seeking Independent Short Films, Animations and Music Videos that you won't see anywhere else.

FusionX.Tv is a new "media agnostic" network founded by Greg Pate, of Dog Bite Productions. This cutting-edge, youth-oriented Television Network targets the overlapping hip and trend setting demographics of Gen Y (aged 12-34) and Gen X (roughly aged 23-44). FusionX.Tv's programming consists primarily of original viewer submissions, reflecting the divergent voices and visions of these creative filmmakers. The running lengths of all the video submissions will never exceed five minutes. Some may even be as short as five seconds. It's almost like a music video channel, except with an emphasis placed on the visuals instead of the music. Oh, and one more thing. You won't see the kind of edgy mix of material FusionX.Tv intends to show anywhere else, either. What you will see on FusionX.Tv is a mix of uniquely expressive and visually arresting short films, animations and music videos containing content that's all over the map: From experimental to extreme and alternative to animated. Expect the unexpected : Unique visions filtered through the twisted, raging, whacked-out, bizarre, existential, nihilistic, anarchistic and surrealistic minds of its creators.

Here's What FusionX.Tv is Looking For: Short Films.
All right, all right. We know you've got all kinds of little gems you'd love for us to screen, but that doesn't mean we're gonna. Your short films and videos need to break the mold. Stuff that's totally out there. You know, unusual. Strange. Weird. Extreme. Disturbing. Outlandish. Avant-garde (sorry, we couldn't help ourselves). Different. Yeah, different. Stuff that meets our demented standards. We're carving out a special little niche in cyberspace for outcasts like you. Just make sure your work lives down to our expectations. So if you think you've got what it takes, we'll gladly lower the bar even more to accommodate you. Otherwise, don't bother.

OK, so let's recap. If your film and video work is disturbing enough, or odd enough, or cerebral enough we want to take a look at it. We want FusionX.Tv to be the home for it. The only home for it. Animations, Put your pencils down for a minute, you doodlers. We're looking for animation submissions
that some egghead professor would call alternative, abstract or experimental. Whatever. What we aren't looking for is anything that's cutsy-wootsy, artsy-fartsy, or some sweet, sickening little 'toon with cute tiny animals, bugs or toys. So don't insult us with stuff like that. You don't even know us well enough to do that, yet. We're looking for stuff that's really off the wall, out there, spacey, weird, peculiar and sick. Like you. It can be cell art, computer animated or stop motion. Who cares, as long as it's interesting, original and short. All right, so that sounds like a personals ad. Get over it.

Music Videos
Just because we're looking for music videos, doesn't mean your little sonic epics automatically qualify, hotshot. We're looking for music videos that have more emphasis on the pictures than the music. OK, OK, so they all do that. You know, visual soundscapes. (Whew. Heavy, dude.) C'mon. Stuff that goes way beyond alternative. Real brain scramblers on warp speed. We want music videos that redefine music videos and re-break the rules, as if there were any. Music videos that would confuse the suits at MTV (which probably wouldn't be hard). We want to see your take on putting images to trance, house, bass and drums, electronic, trip hop, psychedelic, experimental, mushroom jazz, alt, punk, sampled and underground mixes. Dig it? Do a good enough job and we just might dig it, too.

Epilogue: So that's it, kiddies. Short Films, Animations and Music Videos
-with some 'tude. So show us what you've got.
Just make sure you don't send us anything that's playing on some other unimaginative, derivative website or network. That's if you can even find one with our, ahem, "standards". Got it? So get what you've got to us, geniuses. And make damn sure it's original. And that it's got all the necessary clearances, too. Now get off your lazy asses and get your stuff to FusionX.Tv.
