I may be 45 but i am young at heart. I have raced motocross, bmx, mt bikes, 3&4 Wheelers, and riden crotch rockets all my life. I sing and play guitar. I play a lot of pool tourneyments. I like to sing karaoke. I have a softer side. I apprectiate many different things in life and open to new experiences. I was married for 18 years and have 4 kids and 2 grandsons. I would like to meet an energetic woman who likes to have fun. I like to work out and take care of myself. I am a great cook, and a real man. I run a handyman business, and operate heavy equipment. But i am also educated and have done professional jobs as well.. I am totally into extreme/action sports. I love all kinds of music and appreciate all kinds of culture. I am more spiritual than religious. I am more open minded and livberal than conservative. I am opinionated but easy to talk to, and don't feel i am a dogmatic person.

Pool, karaoke, guitar, working out, riding bikes of all kinds dirt and street. I like all outdoor activities.... hiking, camping, backpacking, snowboarding, skiing, boating, golf. and many other interests.

Rock is my main thing classic or new. but i do appreciat all kinds of music really.
Movies
action, drama, comedy, some horror, and chick flicks. so many good movies hard to list them here. I just like a good movie period
Idols
every dad out there that participates in his kids lives, and works hard to provide for his family. every woman out ther who is strong and motivated and still finds time to nurture her children.
