Lol no problem hun.. The shoutbox is a little tricky to figure out.. You reply to a shoutbox message by clicking on the name of the person who sent the message, but you cant move your mouse off of the box that appears or else it will disappear and you have to start typing all over again.. After that its just a matter of typing and hitting enter :P
