I'm pretty much an average guy with a generous dosing of geekery.

5'10ish 175ish brown hair hazel eyes.
I think I've basically covered everything in other sections. Let's see what else I can come up with...

I eat way too much crappy food.

I don't exercise anywhere near as much as I would like, but that's about to change.

I like hats, but only have a few: A black Kangol Flatcap, A black Bailey's wool Fedora, and an olive green Bowler, I think Christy's. Also a few various ball caps.

I like college basketball (Go Tigers!), English Premier League Football (Go Gunners!), sometimes American Football (Go Steelers!) and MMA. Among others.

Want to know more, just ask.

Interests
Art:

Photography is wonderful, though I am in need of a new camera. I would like to focus on true black and white film, probably TMAX. Anything to get away from C-41 processing. I have a friend who is a photographer and frequently go on shoots with him. I've become pretty good at carrying his tripod. Go me.

I'm trying to learn how to paint, it's...well... not going as well as I would like, but it's fun. need a few new brushes before I continue, because some of mine seem to have disappeared. I bet the cat took them. He's funny like that.

I'm interested in three dimensional sculpture but have never tried my hand at it. It's something I will eventually give a shot, but who knows how that will go.

Animals:

Pets have always been a big part of my life, specifically cats. currently I only have one cat, but over the course of my life I have had many pets, including but not limited to:
Cats, Dogs, Fish, Rats, Mice, Cavies, Degus, Pythons, Ribbon Snakes, Scorpions, Tarantulas, Crabs, Frogs, Newts, Geckos, Anoles, and who knows what else. at one time I had Probably close to 400 pets, tho most were fish.

Hippopotamuses are probably my favorite animal, next to cats I suppose, and I have a sneaking suspicion my last thought process on this planet will go something like this: "Ok, from the position he's in, and the position I'm in, I'm certain I can hop the fence and touch him and hop out before he can turn around and attack." I really really really want to touch a Hippo before I die.

I had a similar goal about giraffes, and I accomplished that one. I was then asked not to do it again. Supposedly "they don't like that" tho this one did not seem to mind at all. Probably more a liability issue, but I mean, if it were that bad, they wouldn't have a public feeding session every day at the zoo.

However, hippos are not as friendly as giraffes. Except maybe for Jessica the Hippo, but she's a very special case.

Cars

I love Ford trucks, and it has been way too long since i've had one.

My favorite car I ever had was a 1978 Lincoln Continental, however the exact model Lincoln designates it with I'm uncertain of, because most "continentals" are 2 door, and most "town cars" are 4 door with an opera glass. This was 4 door with no opera glass and in all my years of looking round the web, I've seen one 78 and one 79 that looked like the same model. both WAY out of my price range, and in WAYYY better condition than mine was.

That brings us to Volkswagens. I have always loved them, and have owned 2 so far. One was a 72 beetle that I have since sold, the other is a 76 beetle (with an older engine) which is in my drive way in need of some repairs now, haven't figured out all what's wrong with it. Pretty much, if it's an ACVW, I love it. even Type IV's.

Also in cars, my general rule is, if it was made after 1979, I'm not that interested. With a few exceptions.

I also love reading, too many favorite books to list... A few are The Wizard of Oz(and omg I wish they'd make a movie that was like the book), Wicked, Journey to the Center of the Earth, Alice in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass(in my opinion the better of the two), The Harry Potter Series, and many others.

My least favorite book is probably Gulliver's Travels. I can't go into detail without possible spoilers, but unless 300 year out of date political satire is your thing, it's not worth it. Even then it may not be.

I love comic strips, some of them atleast, most notably probably The Far Side. I have quite a few of the books.

I have what many consider to be a sick obsession with Garden Gnomes. Nothing too sick, I just think they're awesome.

I don't watch much TV anymore, now (when I even remember to) I watch about two and a half hours of TV a week. The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, and Saturday Night Live. Occasionally some sports, and maybe the Today Show. (heh, I guess I might be turning into an old man)

I love science fiction, comedy, and horror flicks... too many to list, but same with TV, don't watch much at present time.

Most of my free time is at home playing online and listening to music, or out at a coffee house or maybe a bar if the mood hits me right.

I may add/edit more later, but this is a big enough update for now =] Most people will probably stop reading after the first sentence or two anyway.
Music
I like almost all music. Everything from Judy Garland to Cradle of Filth. From Waylon Jennings to Andrew Lloyd Webber. From Wham! to Flobots. Enthroned, Suspiria, Fates Warning, Kimya Dawson, Lily Allen, Bryan Adams, EyeHateGod, Flogging Molly, The Dubliners, Dead Kennedys, Mortician...

OK seriously this list would take forever to type out, I really like almost anything. Even polka. Yeah, I'm not afraid to admit it.

I imagine my favorite instrument is bagpipes. I always figured bagpipes are the sound of sex... you know, if sex had a sound... other than slapping a puddle with a new york strip steak.
Video Games
Let's see, Lately I've been playing a lot of old Atari games. In fact, it's the only console I even have hooked up. Favorites include Asteroids, Joust, Basketball, Yar's Revenge, Demon Attack, Cosmic Ark, Ms. Pac Man, and many, many others.

I also have a NES, SNES, and N64. Haven't played around on any of them in a LONG time.

NES favorites include Super Mario Bros, The Legend of Zelda, Rygar, Dragon Warrior, Double Dragon II, and many others.

SNES all I have is Sim City and one or two others I haven't played in years.

N64 favorites include F Zero X, Ocarina of Time, Mario Cart 64, and Super Mario 64.

Arcade Favorites include Popeye, Dig Dug, Millipede, Galaga, Pac Man, Gauntlet Legends, and many, many, MANY more.

I play WoW, tho due to some technical problems I've noticed with it, it's beginning to piss me off. Pet pathing and whatnot.

I played EverQuest for years, but haven't played in a good while.

I occasionally play MapleStory, tho not as much as I once did. It is awesome because it's free though.

I have a Guild Wars account, but next to never play it.
